Frequently Asked Questions
How do we receive our images?
You will receive your images through an online digital gallery within 3-4 weeks after your couples session date. You will be able to easily download and share the images right from your gallery on PicTime!
What should we wear to our photo session?
This is a great question and I'm glad you asked! The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident in whatever you decide to wear. One thing to keep in mind and remember is that you'll be moving around a lot in front of the camera. I've created a specific Pinterest board for my couples to have access to for wardrobe inspiration.
Can we print the images?
Yes, 1000 you can! Your online gallery is directly connected to the professional printing company I use. It's super simple and easy to use. If you're wanting something more specific or special, we can chat more about this!
How many images will we receive?
The amount of photos you receive depends on the package you choose. My intention is to focus on the quality over quantity and to deliver the absolute best images from your day! You can expect to receive 40 digital images.
Are you willing to travel for a session?
Heck yes! I love to travel and see new places! For all events, the first 60 miles roundtrip of travel are included. All miles in excess of 60 miles roundtrip are charged at 54 cents per mile.
What is your cancellation policy?
We all know that life happens and the weather is always changing, therefore, I am more than happy to reschedule a photoshoot. I do my very best to work around your schedule so that we don't have to cancel!
How do we make a payment?
I only accept payment through the online portal system that I use for all of my clients, which is Dubsado. You can pay directly online using a card.
We want to book with you! What is required?
A 25% non refundable retainer fee along with a signed contract is required upon booking.
